Diesel, a byproduct of gasoline is not something we can depend on in the Long Run. Biodiesel is derived from a mix of feedstocks which include recycled oils such as cooking oil, soybean oil and palm oil. This green diesel is currently the only EPA-designated advanced biofuel available and produced on a commercial scale across the globe. Om Sai Bio Energy Pvt. Ltd. biofuels meet the expected standards of fuel quality as well as the performing specifications. It has promising lubrication properties Cetane ratings is a great alternative.
Bio Diesel
Bio Diesel is produced from oils or fats using transesterification and is the most common Bio Diesel in Europe. It can be used as a fuel for vehicles in its pure form (B100), but it is usually used as a diesel additive to reduce levels of particulates, carbon monoxide, and hydrocarbons from diesel-powered vehicles.
There are namely 4 generations of Bio Diesel-
First gen fuels were made from food crops grown on arable land by converting sugar, starch and oil content converted directly to ethanol by yeast fermentation.
Second gen fuels are made from woody biomass or agricultural waste.
Third generation are produced in lakes & ponds (out if sea) and are known Algal fuels.
Fourth generation fuels include electrofuels and solar fuels. Electrofuels are made by storing electrical energy in chemical bonds of liq & gas. Solar fuels is a synthetic chemical fuel produced from solar energy.

- Bio Diesel reduces the emission of 78% and other harmful chemicals by 85%.
- Vehicle mileage is increased by 15%. It is 25% more cost-effective than regular petroleum diesel.
INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANT OILS
Industrial lubricants are basically defined as components like fluids in Grease and liquids. They are used in a large variety of equipments and applications. They are most commonly used in Aerospace , Automotive, military and marine services. In some extreme situations, they may also prevent and lessen electrical resistivity while increasing the thermal condition. The lubricant is ideal because of its properties. It can prevent corrosion from both inner and outer surface when they are applied. Another quality of industrial lubricants is the ability to carry thermal energy for various applications such as metal working machine Cooling and process Heating.
There are four major classifications of lubricants. They are-
- liquid lubricant.
- Semi solid lubricant
- solid lubricant
- synthetic lubricant.
- Grease
- Penetrating lubricant
- Dry lubricant
- Film lubricants
- Additives
- Oil
- Surface separation
- Prevent wear and tear
- Heat transfer
- Controls temperature
- Protect the equipment from corrosion and rust
- Protect against wear and tear
- Provide a fuel seal
- Reduce Friction
The lubricants are used in many Industries. They are as follows-
- Engineering
- Automation
- Manufacturing
- Food processing
- Oil and gas
- Medical.
- Oiliness
- Chemical stability
- Strength
- PourPoint
- Fire Point
- Neutralization
- Cleaning
- Suitable viscosity

Bio LDO
(Light Diesel Oil)
At Om Sai Bio Energy, we carefully make our Bio LDO, as it is derived from west vegetable oil.
Unlike the vegetable and waste oils used to fuel converted BIO LDO Which is cost effective and it has same performances like HPCL BPCL LDO
Bioethanol
Bioethanol is an alcohol made by fermentation, mostly from carbohydrates produced in sugar or starch crops such as corn, sugarcane, or sweet sorghum. Cellulosic biomass, derived from non-food sources, such as trees and grasses, is also being developed as a feedstock for ethanol production. Ethanol can be used as a fuel for vehicles in its pure form (E100), but it is usually used as a gasoline additive to increase octane and improve vehicle emissions. Bioethanol is widely used in the United States and in Brazil.
HPCL BPCL LDO
Light diesel oil, or LDO, is a blend of components from the distillation process of crude. It is used in engines with an rpm less than 750, such as boilers and furnaces. LDO is also referred to as distillate fuel or marked oil.
Light diesel oil is used as fuels in many applications :
- Boilers
- Furnaces
- Air pre-heaters
- Lower RPM engines
- Lift irrigation pump sets
- Fertilizer plants
- Bunker
- DG set
TPO (Tyre Pyrolysis Oil)
Tyre Pyrolysis Oil is the end product of waste tyre and plastic pyrolysis, the oil is widely used as industrial fuel to substitute furnace oil or industrial diesel. And is what is needed in the hour right now. So, here is where we come to offer a 100% indian brand in this field. The typical industrial application of Pyrolysis Oil is mainly as a fuel used in machines which do not require high quality fuel. During the conversation of tyres and plastic pyrolysis into pyrolysis oil, there is almost zero pollution and zero liquid waste.
The Pyrolysis Oil finds its application in –
- Hot water generators
- Fuel oil pumps
- Heavy industrial boilers
- Brick factory
- Steel factory
- Glass factory
- Calorific value= 41-44 MJ/kg
- Color Of the fuel = brown
- Distalabe boiling point = 70°C – 210°C
- Density = 925 kg/m³
- Complex mixture of hydrocarbons
BItumen
Bitumen is a common binder used in road construction. It is principally obtained as a residual product in petroleum refineries after higher fractions like gas, petrol, kerosene and diesel, etc., are removed. Indian Standard Institution defines Bitumen as a black or dark brown non-crystalline soil or viscous material having adhesive properties derived from petroleum crude either by natural or by refinery processes.
Application of bitumen :
- Constructions of roads, runways and platforms.
- Water proofing to prevent water seepage.
- Mastic floorings for factories and godowns.
- Canal lining to prevent erosion.
- Dump-proof courses for masonry.
- Tank foundation.
- Joint filling material for mason
- Electrical cables and junction boxes.
- In battery manufacture as sealing compound.
- Paint industries for manufacturing black paints and anti corrosive paints.
- Ceramics.
- Printing inks.
- Water proof papers.
- Electrical capacitors.
- Bituminous felts.
- Adhesion.

CRMB (Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen)
CRM is a mixture of bitumen and modified bitumen rubber is intrusive. The viscosity modifier rubber used asphalt binder and temperature resistance as well as resistance against brittle at low temperatures increases. CRMB has good adhesion to mineral mass, and thereby reduce brittleness and deformity.
3 different types of CRMB available in market as –
- CRMB 60

- The road life of rubber Bitumen is 2 to 3 times more than the normal bitumen road.
- Increasing age resistance
Admixture
Admixtures are artificial or natural materials added to the concrete besides cement, water and aggregate to improve certain property of concrete during casting or setting or service stage.
Application of admixture
- To improve workability of fresh concrete
- To accelerate setting & hardening & thus to produce high early strength
- To aid curing
- To impart water repellent / water proofing property
- To retard setting
- To improve wear resistance (hardness)
- To aerate mortar / concrete to produce a light-weight product
- To reduce bleeding
